Shipping Policy

Currently, we are focused on our local community and do not offer shipping. We do offer pickup and provide personal delivery within the Calgary area so your finished pieces arrive safely. Delivery is free within Auburn Bay, but a small delivery fee will apply based on your location within Calgary if you are outside this neighbourhood.

Please Note: Because we are a small, dedicated studio and creating ceramics is a multi-step process, creations require time for careful drying, two kiln firings, and professional glazing. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your treasured creations to be ready for delivery if you are ordering a personalized item or an item that is not in stock.
